Sometimes being an ADOLESCENT is challenging, filled with new experiences, big emotions, and much change. If you're a teen feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety or need someone to talk to, I'm here to help.
In our sessions, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences without judgment.
